As the world changes so has the level of stress and frustration. Being in lockdown has triggered many reactions. Learning methods to integrate and express feelings is the focus of this free men’s anger and meditation group to build greater inner strength and resilience. An online group to express and share emotions in a safe supportive environment without judgement.

Open to any men who wish to grow and be supported with their inner growth and development, perhaps feeling frustrated or just wish to talk and share.


This online meeting uses Zoom, a video meeting platform, setup for our group to not use our webcams. Hence you can stay anonymous. Including within Zoom you can even edit your name, if you seek total privacy. Although we request you register with your real name which we keep confidential. All discussions and sharing is of course confidential in this men's support group built on non judgemental support.

Rob's own self-doubt, anger and anxiety inspired him along the journey to discover Emotional Fitness, in order to build greater resilience, self-esteem and inner trust. Rob is a Meditation Teacher and Emotional Fitness Coach, specialising in the mental and emotional skills for greater resilience and high-performance in life, sport and business.
He also runs the Dance Motivation and Meditation group, another free resource to support people.
